Daily meditations: Towards attentiveness

Greetings and welcome. May this act as a sacred space of spiritual growth and maturity. It is my hope that these words find you at the precise time in your spiritual journey where you are most receptive to it, and benefit from the meditations offered in this article. May it find the reader in idiosyncratic serendipity and divine timing. For all intents and purposes, it is my intention that these meditations act as a catalyst that allow the reader to reach the higher states of consciousness that they seek; to find the peace that surpasses all understanding that they deserve; that it act as a launch pad in discovering their self, promoting their spiritual awakening. In the collective at present, we can observe a growing trend of people wanting to develop their spirituality, to expand and grow their consciousness. Hopefully this movement will be more than just a trend. The reader who has stumbled across these words is more likely than not actively seeking these things, and this article is specifically for them. In my last daily meditation article, I focused on meditations that focused explicitly with breathing exercises. Breathing exercises are some of the most common meditations to this train of thought, more specifically that of tantra.
