Daily meditations: Just breath

Welcome. I hope that this message, that this sacred place, comes to you in an idiosyncratic moment of divine timing. It is the intent of this article that this message reaches you at a point where you are most receptive to the message found here. If you are reading these words, this article has reached you in your pursuit of peace, which I also hope that you find. For all intents and purposes, it is also the intent of this article that the meditations offered assist you in your journey toward the peace that surpasses all understanding which we all deserve. The meditations that are discussed in this article come from awakened spiritual leader Osho’s, The Book of Secrets: 112 Meditations to Discover the Mysteries Within, which were taken from the tantric work, the Vijñāna Bhairava Tantra. These meditations have been around for centuries, originating somewhere around the seventh or eighth century CE. It is argued that there are only these 112 meditations that can help the individual awaken and find enlightenment: the mystery within. No more, no less. However, we are not here to discuss the history of these works. It is irrelevant to the purpose of this article. What is important is that these works were created with the hope that they would help their readers attain what so few of us have.
